Gorgias announced a first-party MCP server in open beta that reads helpdesk data from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other MCP clients. The announcement says some writes, including macro edits and AI agent configuration, are still gated.

Gorgias' product update says the beta can surface voice-of-customer patterns, help with tagging and stale rules or macros, review AI agent guidance and handover tickets, and build ad-hoc reports from a plain-language question. It says any Gorgias plan includes the connection at no extra cost, and you bring your own AI subscription.
